SOPHEAR NAM

PRESIDENT

Sophear was planning to go back to school for a Master of Architecture degree after leaving her job as an engineer for a corporation. However, after a tryout project of distress house renovation, she got deeply involved and eventually started a new business, Eagle Nest Real Estate Investment LLC. A year after that, she obtained a certificate as a building designer from American Institute of Building Design. With an engineering background and an interest in designing, she wanted to get more involved in building and construction which led her to form a second company, Eagle Nest Construction LLC. The Construction LLC performs the designing and construction activities on all properties purchased and owned by the Investment LLC. These activities range from pouring foundation to final finishing including development. In 2017 Sophear decided to join Anew Kitchen Inc, a highly reputable company with many years of experience in design, retails and installation of kitchen and bathroom products. With this merging, she plans to bring the real estate development, building design and construction together to expand and boost the business to the next level. The plan is to have multiple showrooms, adding more products, offering wholesale, and expanding the services to cover commercial and development projects.
